Affiliate rules
Here is what to know before recommending NeuroCheckout and tracking your commissions.
Account activation
- Partners must verify their email before the final application is submitted.
- Your affiliate link becomes visible and usable after your application is approved.
- A pending, rejected or suspended account cannot generate tracking or commission.
Affiliate link and tracking
- Each partner receives a unique code after approval.
- The affiliate cookie lasts 60 days.
- Suspicious clicks, bots, traffic bursts and self-referrals may be blocked or manually reviewed.
Commissions
- The standard commission is 25% by default.
- The current standard duration is 12 months from the referred customer signup.
- A different rate or duration may be defined in a specific partner agreement.
Revenue validation
- Commissions are created after confirmed Stripe payment.
- A 45-day review period applies before validation to limit refunds, fraud and disputes.
- A commission may be rejected if it comes from a cancelled payment, self-referral or fraudulent use.
Payouts
- Partners can request a payout from their dashboard when commissions are approved.
- Your request is then reviewed by the NeuroCheckout team before processing.
- The payout is confirmed in your dashboard once processed.
Suspension and compliance
- Your partner account may be suspended for abuse, misleading traffic, spam or brand misuse.
- A suspended account keeps its history, but its affiliate link is hidden and inactive.
- You will be informed if an important rules update affects your account.
